The seller from Belgium was perfectly aware of the bad condition. The unsuspecting buyer here in the US was cheated by this guy. He paid a lot of money for an UNSAFE car. The frame was not only sagging down, it was so soft that I could bend it up and down with one hand! Have a close look at the photos
