Choke control (Fig. 15 to 18)
Choke (2)must be used only when the engine is cold.
The incorporated warning lamp remains on as long as the button has not been fully pushed home.
See instructions below, under "Starting"

Starting the engine (Fig. 15 to 18)
Do not run the engine in an enclosed space.

After a long stop or when the temperature is very cold, first "free" the engine using the start handle without switching on the ignition or using the choke.
  • Make sure that the gear lever is in neutral and the handbrake is on.
  • Turn the ignition key to position 2 (Fig. 14).
    The oil pressure warning lamp (3) should light up.
